Remote jobs in Switzerland

Remote jobs at Swiss employers, in every field. Free to post.

Remote Jobs Switzerland lists jobs that Swiss employers themselves have marked as remote or home office. The flag comes from the posting itself, not from a guess: when a company in Zug, Lausanne or St. Gallen says part or all of the work can be done from home, the job appears here, in any field from software and finance to translation, customer support, insurance or public administration.

Hybrid, mostly remote, fully remote

In Switzerland, remote covers a wide range. Many postings mean two or three office days a week and the rest at home, some mean a desk in the office you rarely use, and some are fully remote with a team meeting a few times a year. The home-office share filter sorts this out and can narrow the list to fully remote roles only. The workload filter matters here too: an 80% role with home office is a common Swiss arrangement, and a search for 100% alone would hide it.

The other filters work as on any board: keyword, canton, employment type, position level, company size, industry and the language of the ad. That last one helps if you work in English, since plenty of Swiss teams write their postings in English while others stick to German or French. Sort by newest, by stated salary or by the top ranking, and save a search to get new matches by email.

Where you live still matters

A remote job at a Swiss employer is not always a job you can do from anywhere. Some roles expect you to live in Switzerland or within reach of the office, and the posting usually says so. If you live abroad, working from home can change where tax and social security are due, and the rules differ from country to country.

Reading is free and needs no account. So is posting: an employer describes the role, confirms a link sent by email, and the posting goes live after a quick automatic check; a private link sent afterwards by email withdraws it later. Applications go to the employer's own page or address, never through this site. Listings also come from public Swiss job sources and company career pages, read every day. The interface is available in English, German, French and Italian, and a posting shows in its original language until its translation is ready.
