Your main tasks

• Cross-departmental support for the Internal Sales and Purchasing teams
• Close cooperation with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing and other internal specialist departments
• Telephone and written advice and support for our customers
• Creation and processing of offers and orders
• Following up on open offers
• Taking over deputy roles and active support during personnel shortages or projects
• Collaboration in the optimization and digitalization of processes across various departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Professional experience in technical internal sales or purchasing
• Knowledge from the steel trade and/or the industrial environment is an advantage
• Polished and friendly appearance
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and high self-motivation
• Great team spirit as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different tasks and topics
• Flexibility, initiative and a solution-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office skills as well as SAP experience
• Openness and affinity towards digitalization
• French or Italian language skills would be desirable
