What awaits you

• You are responsible for the proactive processing of KTG dossiers in cooperation with our customers
• You correspond in German and English, preferably also in Italian
• You are in telephone contact with claimants, customers and doctors and act as an important interface partner

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training, preferably with further training in the field of social insurance
• Several years of experience in claims processing in the area of daily sickness benefit
• Open-minded, resilient and solution-oriented personality with a flair for medical and legal subject areas
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Fluent German and English skills, Italian skills are an advantage
