Job Description ##

• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Execution of account reconciliations and analyses
• Cooperation in the general ledger
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Support in fixed asset accounting
• Creation of reports and evaluations
• Cooperation in budget and forecast processes
• Support during internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and international contact persons
• Support in the optimization of financial processes

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial training, degree in the field of finance or studies with a focus on Accounting/Finance
• Initial to several years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with monthly closings and/or closing work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of the general ledger as well as financial accounting
• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable accounting
• Very good English skills
• German skills are an advantage, but not a mandatory must
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Motivation to learn new topics and to develop professionally
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
