Structural engineering is your calling. Together with your employees, you will implement interesting and diverse construction projects for cantonal users.

Your tasks

• Management of the Construction Project Management Safety and Infrastructure department with 8-10 employees in organizational, personnel, and technical respects
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, services, and deadlines in the projects
• Supporting and coaching employees in the processing of small to large projects, particularly in project management, in procurements according to the requirements of public procurement and the political processes and procedures
• Representing the business in political bodies
• Further development of the processes, methods, and tools of the area

Your profile

• University degree in the field of construction (architecture or civil engineering) with several years of professional experience, preferably in a public administration
• Further training in project management and business administration
• Experience and knowledge of the client function, especially in client-side construction project management
• Joy and interest in leading, supporting, and developing employees
• Broad leadership experience, natural authority, and the willingness to integrate into the existing leadership team and contribute actively
• Proficient German in spoken and written form with good oral knowledge of the French language
