Your Task ##

• Responsibility for the recording and booking of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, as well as their control for accuracy and completeness
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with legal regulations (OR)
• Execution of weekly domestic and foreign payment transactions, including currency conversions
• Support and administration of the finance mailbox; acting as a central contact person for inquiries from internal departments and external partners
• Monthly reconciliation and analysis of various accounts to ensure financial accuracy and integrity

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training with further education in the field of finance and accounting or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an internationally active company
• Very good language skills in German, English is a great advantage
• High degree of independence, accuracy, and sense of responsibility; analytical thinking skills and ability to critically question processes and identify potential for optimization
• Proficient use of common accounting software, ABACUS, as well as good MS Office skills
