CDI SA develops software and provides IT services for health, the book market, and other B2B clients. About fifty employees in Givisiez, clients in Switzerland and internationally, and systems that process sensitive data on a daily basis.

In order to strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a

Systems Engineer (80-100%) specialized in Linux systems and virtualized infrastructures

Your tasks

• Monitor, containerize, and participate in infrastructure deployments and evolutions
• Administer and operate Linux and virtualized infrastructures
• N2/N3 support to clients and development teams
• Ensure technological monitoring around our strategic products

Your profile

Essential

• Recognized training in computer science (Technical school, CFC or equivalent) and 3 years of experience in systems administration.
• Solid mastery of Linux in a production environment
• Practice of virtualization (VMware) and containerization (Docker)
• Experience in monitoring and 2nd and 3rd level support in a client context
• Good knowledge of French and English; Swiss nationality or valid work permit
• Proactive and autonomous, comfortable with teamwork and contact with clients

Assets

• Kubernetes, HAProxy, Monitoring (Zabbix/Grafana)
• Windows Server administration, Veeam, storage (NFS/LVM)
• Administration of SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases
• Knowledge of the medical field (PACS/Orthanc, Mirth/HL7) or an ISO 27001 environment
• Knowledge of German
