In this entry-level function in Application Management, you will support the further development and technical operation of customer business applications. You will actively participate in ensuring stable, efficient, and secure system landscapes and make an important contribution to the digitalization of our internal processes.

Your task ##

• You maintain and further develop our business applications
• You ensure stable operation of the application landscape and support technical questions
• You participate in system integrations, interfaces, as well as digitalization and ERP projects
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions and process support requests
• You work closely with internal departments, software manufacturers, and external partners
• You perform tests, maintain technical documentation, and ensure data quality

• You have an IT apprenticeship or technical training with Matura
• You have a good understanding of business processes and IT systems
• You work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented
