Job Description Your main mission will be to organize and monitor the development projects of new complication calibres. You will assume responsibility for the various development phases, up to the delivery of the launch quantity of the new product. You will ensure the necessary coordination between the different departments (Product/Design, Technical Offices, Industrialization, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Brand) and pilot the projects according to the development process in place and by means of risk analyses. In this framework, you will be in charge of: * Monitoring and guaranteeing the success of project milestones, while respecting quality, cost and deadline objectives as well as the functional and aesthetic specifications * Implementing and piloting the detailed schedule and the development budget of your projects. You will effectively allocate and manage cross-functional resources in order to achieve the deliverables * Uniting the project team and coordinating all its activities to guarantee the delivery of your portfolio of new calibres to our sales teams, in partnership with a Watch Development Project Manager * Successfully carrying out continuous improvement actions, while participating in the optimization of development processes and associated tools Qualifications * Holder of a university degree in engineering or HES with complementary training in project management, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in the same function in the watchmaking field * You possess excellent knowledge in calibre development. Knowledge of watch complication development is a plus * You perfectly master project management tools and ideally possess related certifications (PMP, Agile..) * You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of English (B2 level required) * Sensitive to the needs and constraints of other departments, your interpersonal skills and your leadership allow you to create active collaboration.
