Vocational Training Human Resources at Hirslanden Bern accompanies around 160 apprentices in 18 different training and continuing education courses in the areas of nursing, medicine, therapy and technology, housekeeping, gastronomy, as well as administration. In doing so, it makes an important contribution to achieving the organization's overarching corporate goals. Hirslanden Bern includes the three Bernese clinics Salem-Spital, Beau-Site, and Permanence, as well as the outpatient centers Medical Center Wankdorf and OPERA Bern.

The Vocational Training team at Hirslanden Bern is looking for reinforcement! In your role as a Clerk Vocational Training, you will support the vocational training team in administrative and organizational matters. In doing so, you will work closely with the training managers and gain exciting insights into 18 different professions at EFZ and tertiary levels.

YOUR TASKS

• Support of the administrative recruitment and support process of apprentices and students
• Participation in the organization and implementation of educational events
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in vocational training via email and telephone (educational institutions, vocational trainers, training managers, internal departments, apprentices and students)
• Management of the platforms for career choice internships as well as for applications for our training professions
• Assumption of diverse administrative and organizational tasks in close cooperation with the training managers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience, ideally in the education, health, or hotel environment
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1)
• Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders as well as administrative and organizational activities
