The Volaris Group Switzerland & Austria acquires and develops software companies over the long term. Volaris is looking for a committed person who is comfortable with numbers as a financial controller, who will enrich the company with their expertise and initiative. Your tasks ######

• You perform analyses, reports and forecasts and prepare decision bases
• Responsibility for the budget and forecasts as well as monitoring business cases
• You ensure management reporting according to IFRS standards
• Monitoring of relevant key indicators and identification of optimization potentials
• You support monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Continuous development of control processes and systems

Your profile ######

• A degree in finance, management control, accounting or an equivalent training (e.g. certified controller, CIMA, ACCA, federal certified expert) constitutes your base
• You have at least 3 years of experience in management control or financial accounting - ideally in an SME or a group
• Solid Excel skills and good understanding of financial accounting as well as accounting recording logic
• You have a very good command of German and a B2 level in English
• You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner and convince as a team player with good communication skills

Assets, but not mandatory:

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
• Knowledge in consolidation and IFRS
• Interest in process optimization and digitalization
