People Consulting – As impulse providers and pioneers for all topics surrounding people and organizations, we advise our clients on all strategic questions regarding the realignment of efficient and effective organizational structures and processes, as well as the design of targeted compensation and control instruments – we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally.

What awaits you

• What is the actual problem? – To address this, we conduct organizational analyses (FTE, processes, structures, skills) and benchmarking in the HR environment, develop solutions based on data-driven evidence, place them in the appropriate context, and formulate clear recommendations for action – everything from Data Analytics to Due Diligence is included. In addition, we offer numerous interfaces to exciting projects in the areas of Performance Management and Compensation
• How do we find solutions? – We write large when it comes to conception. We optimize Operating Models (organizational structures, processes, roles, etc.), Talent Management, Workforce Transformation, HR-IT, M&A processes, and Carve Outs as well as compensation structures. We take charge of everything that concerns people and organizations!
• How do we do this? – Through project work! We act as a team, and everyone must take on conceptual and operational tasks in projects. Whether it is the preparation of board documents for organizational transformation, the conceptual development of an HR strategy, or targeted project management.
• How do we stay innovative? – By conducting research, engaging with relevant and future-oriented topics, developing studies and concept papers, and continuously optimizing our methods and services.

• Problem Solving: We are a consultancy, so you should have an interest in analytical, data-driven questions and new trends, as well as be an enthusiastic problem solver – Excel should not be a foreign word to you.
• Communication: Consulting is clear communication as well as enthusiasm – in spoken word and visualized in PowerPoint. This means that, in addition to good linguistic economy, you should possess the expertise to put content onto slides. You can lead substantive discussions with clients independently.
• Attitude: Appearance and presence are fundamentally important in consulting, but also within the team. For this, it is necessary to be aware of one's role, to have resilience in changing situations, and to be able to handle and give feedback. Our junior colleagues expect guidance from you.
• Proactivity: A consumer attitude has little to do with consulting! Active and independent assumption of project work, deputy management of acquisitions, and independent cooperation in product (further) development. Contribute to the team and shape your environment.
• Basics: 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment. In addition, an above-average successfully completed Master's degree in business administration, natural sciences, or humanities/social sciences, preferably also with an MBA and/or doctorate. Ideally, you already have experience with generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Native-level German language skills as well as fluent English skills are required for our project work.
