Your Task ##

• 2nd and 3rd-level customer support
• Participation in operating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining ICT services for operational operations
• Security and data protection: Implementation of security guidelines and protective measures
• Creation of instructions and documentation
• Collaboration on projects

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) with corresponding education
• Knowledge in the areas of M365, MSQL, Firewalls, VMware, Active Directory
• Experience in project work is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills
