For an established architecture office directly at Olten station, we are looking for an Architect FH or ETH 60 - 100 %.

You independently lead and process small to medium-sized projects across all planning phases. This includes the development and implementation of architectural concepts with high design and constructive standards, working and detail plans in ArchiCAD, the coordination of specialist planners, authorities and clients, as well as quality, deadlines and costs. Construction management for small to medium-sized projects is part of the job description, as is participation in sustainable, future-oriented buildings.

A completed architecture degree FH or ETH, German at least C1 in speaking and writing and several years of professional experience in Switzerland are requirements. Experience in project management, sound knowledge in tendering, execution planning and construction management as well as very good ArchiCAD knowledge in 2D and 3D are desired. Swiss standards, building laws and planning processes must be mastered. Way of working is independent, structured, responsible and a team player.

The project portfolio includes public buildings, retirement and nursing homes, offices, residential construction, gastronomy and listed buildings. The team is manageable, the paths are short, home office possible 1 - 2 days per week, 27 vacation days, flexible working hours. Place of work two minutes' walk from Olten station.
