To strengthen our Swiss team (remote, from Switzerland), we are looking for (fixed-term for one year) at the earliest possible date a Freelance Healthcare Project Manager (m/f/d) - 60 - 100% with high empathy, strong communication skills, and a patient-oriented mindset who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment. What challenges await you? * Planning, steering, and operational implementation of marketing, communication, and healthcare projects in Switzerland for addiction centers, private physicians, and special customer groups in opioid agonist therapy, such as correctional facilities, measures enforcement, and pharmacies, in close cooperation with all departments * Steering of market research projects, including briefing, service provider coordination, scheduling, preparation of evaluation, and internal coordination * Organization, coordination, and follow-up of events, specialist events, workshops, advisory formats, and congress activities * Coordination of projects with existing Key Opinion Leaders, external female and male experts, agencies, service providers, and other stakeholders * Organization of scientific specialist events and external appointments within the framework of ongoing projects * Cooperation with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Management, Legal, and Compliance How do you convince us? * You have several years of experience in project management within a Swiss pharmaceutical company, a healthcare company, or an agency with a healthcare focus * Optional: You hold a qualification as a pharmaceutical representative * You know the requirements for professional project execution in the Swiss healthcare market and are used to managing several projects in parallel. * Experience in the implementation of marketing, communication, event, or market research projects * Strong organizational skills, structured way of working, and high implementation strength * High communication skills, professional appearance, and diplomatic skill in dealing with different stakeholders * Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland * Very good German and French skills What can you look forward to with us? * Great working atmosphere: We meet each other on an equal footing across all levels and value our team spirit * Scope for design: From the beginning, you get the freedom to contribute and implement your ideas.
