Tasks
Independent management of real estate accounts
Preparation of heating and service charge settlements and closings
Ongoing liquidity monitoring and cash management
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate accounting is mandatory
Ability to see through complexity and maintain an overview
Service orientation and a flair for numbers
Garaio REM knowledge is an advantage
Very good German skills, French is an advantage
Offer
