This is your contribution

• Steer and optimize the Agile Release Train (ART) as well as take responsibility for the execution and moderation of the central SAFe events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Proactively identify, track and eliminate risks and impediments, as well as manage obstacles and dependencies across team and ART boundaries
• Plan and steer the capacities of the Agile Release Train as a whole, and shape ART-internal prioritizations and coordination within the framework of the Lean Portfolio Management specifications
• Establish, steer and further develop agile metrics to increase delivery quality and performance
• Actively shape and coordinate collaboration with Product Management, Domain Architecture, Business Owners and agile teams
• Coach Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, Product Owners and agile teams, and actively help shape the RTE community

What makes you unique

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the fields of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer in a larger company, in public administration or in a comparably complex environment with demanding governance and stakeholder structures
• Very good communication skills, high assertiveness and a structured way of working
• Current certifications as SAFe RTE and SAFe SPC desirable
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language as well as good English skills
