This is your contribution

• Jointly develop the portfolio for the Cyber and Electromagnetic Domain (CER) as well as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) within Kommando Cyber
• Within the framework of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) according to SAFe, lead the assigned CER/ICT sub-portfolio, create analyses and planning variants with reference to the strategy and further development of Kommando Cyber, and drive decisions in the corresponding bodies
• Support the leadership team and the departments in the introduction of SAFe and LPM
• Plan, control, and successfully implement the assigned tasks in the functional leadership of portfolio management

What makes you unique

• University of applied sciences or university degree (Master in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study) and several years of experience in a senior specialist or leadership role
• Experience in applying agile methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as SPC and/or LPM certifications, with the willingness to continuously develop these
• Ability to manage resources in the areas of finance, personnel, and risk
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational action depending on the context, to combine both perspectives in a targeted manner, and to act responsibly, flexibly, and analytically
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
