Job Description Your mission Within our Cybersecurity team, you are responsible for the protection of industrial environments and operational technologies (OT). You contribute to strengthening the security, resilience, and standardization of our production infrastructures while accompanying the evolution of practices within our manufactures. You lead the activities related to the assessment of industrial cyber risks, the securing of access and identities, as well as the implementation of the security controls necessary to protect our equipment and our operations. Your responsibilities * Define and deploy industrial cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls. * Assess cyber risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. * Guarantee the security of industrial equipment, OT applications, and access to critical systems. * Ensure the consistency of security architectures and deployed protection solutions. * Supervise detection, monitoring, and traceability tools for industrial environments. * Coordinate security assessments during the integration of new manufacturing technologies. * Contribute to the management of risks related to external partners and service providers. * Develop security indicators and accompany the continuous improvement of cyber maturity. * Participate in business continuity and recovery initiatives in order to guarantee the resilience of operations. Qualifications * Higher education in computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering. * Proven experience in industrial cybersecurity (OT/ICS). * Solid knowledge of security architectures, identity and access management, as well as cyber risk management. * Experience in complex industrial or manufacturing environments. * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and to lead change. * Analytical mind, pragmatism and results orientation.
