Head of the Center for Education and Continuing Education, Member of the University Management 80 -- 100% The Interkantonale Hochschule für Heilpädagogik (HfH) is the most significant Swiss competence center for remedial and special education with around 2'000 students. For the Center for Education and Continuing Education ZAW, we are looking for a committed personality as soon as possible or by arrangement. The ZAW is responsible for the strategic, conceptual and operational management of education and continuing education at the HfH. It coordinates and develops the study and continuing education programs, ensures their quality and manages the study operations, continuing education management as well as student and staff mobility. In doing so, it works closely with the institutes, course directors, cooperating universities and other stakeholders. Center management is responsible for the content, strategic and operational leadership of the center. They are a member of the university management and, in this function, help shape the university together with the institute directors, the head of finance and services as well as the rector. Your area of responsibility * You lead the Center for Education and Continuing Education in terms of content, strategy, personnel, organization and finance * You further develop the strategic and conceptual foundations of education and continuing education and ensure their quality * You manage and coordinate the education and continuing education programs together with the institutes, course directors and other responsible parties * You help shape higher education didactics, curriculum development, competence orientation and digital developments in higher education teaching * You ensure professional study and continuing education management as well as effective management and quality instruments * You maintain internal and external cooperations, represent the HfH in relevant networks and ensure reliable interface and knowledge management * As a member of the university management, you bear responsibility for the further development of the HfH as a whole and undertake strategic mandates and higher education development projects * Within the framework of your possibilities, you undertake services in education, continuing education, research or services Your profile * University degree in remedial and special education or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a doctorate * Sound proven experience in education and continuing education management at university level * Proven experience in higher education teaching, higher education didactics, curriculum development and quality management * Very good knowledge of digital developments in higher education teaching * Leadership experience in the higher education environment as well as high competence in the conception and implementation of complex development projects * Good knowledge of the national and international higher education landscape * Integrative, communicative and team-oriented personality with strong conceptual and analytical skills * Enjoyment in the shaping of interfaces, in lateral leadership and in the further development of a university We offer you We offer Flexible working hours With annual working time, home office options and various forms of work, you shape your daily work routine.
