Your tasks

• You develop practical laboratory experiments on current topics in computer science and digital technologies and continuously develop them further.
• You operate, automate and optimize the laboratory infrastructure, in particular GPU infrastructure, using Infrastructure as Code as well as modern DevOps approaches.
• You supervise, coach and support students technically during their laboratory and project work.
• You record requirements for practical teaching and learning content, analyze them and prepare them in a manner appropriate to the target group.
• You actively contribute current technological trends, tools and methods and thereby contribute to the continuous modernization of the laboratory environment.
• You actively help to shape an innovative and scalable laboratory and training landscape within a modern IT organization.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science (HF/FH/ETH/Uni), are currently completing a corresponding degree or have an apprenticeship in computer science with relevant professional experience.
• You are enthusiastic about modern IT topics and bring sound knowledge in Security, IT infrastructure, network or system engineering.
• Ideally, you have practical experience with technologies and platforms such as Linux, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker or OpenStack.
• You enjoy accompanying, coaching and promoting students and employees in their development.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in a technical environment.
