Job Description ##

• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Management of the general ledger including reconciliations, analyses, and ongoing account maintenance
• Ensuring correct and timely booking of all business transactions
• Preparation of VAT returns for Switzerland as well as international business activities
• Support of management with meaningful reporting and financial analyses
• Participation in budget, forecast, and planning processes
• Contact person for internal departments as well as external auditing bodies
• Participation in the optimization of financial processes, digital workflows, and internal control systems

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., federal diploma or comparable qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international company
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR; IFRS experience is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working with high initiative
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as a strong affinity for digital processes
