HVAC Project Manager

For one of our clients, a well-known and growing engineering firm, specializing in building techniques and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for their future talent in the position of:

HVAC Project Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC projects from A to Z, from preliminary studies to the commissioning of installations, ensuring the technical, financial, and organizational management of mandates
• Be the primary contact for clients and support them in their technical choices throughout the different SIA phases of the project
• Coordinate all stakeholders (architects, mandate holders, companies, and authorities) to ensure the smooth running of projects
• Supervise designers and validate studies, plans, and technical diagrams
• Ensure site supervision until the final acceptance of the works
• Contribute to the commercial development and visibility of the company in French-speaking Switzerland

Your profile:

• HES Engineering degree in building technology or CFC as a heating and/or ventilation designer, completed by solid experience in the HVAC field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project management in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of the standards, practices, and players in the sector
• Very good mastery of Plancal Nova, AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Office suite tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit, technical curiosity, and a strong interest in innovative solutions in building techniques.
• Committed, rigorous, and pragmatic personality, recognized for listening skills, reliability, and interpersonal ease
