For our client, a medtech company in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for a team-oriented personality who can provide top service to the company's customers through friendliness, competence, quick reaction, and reliability. Your area of responsibility:

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for customer service daily and you enjoy representing the company professionally to the outside world
• You process telephone and written customer inquiries in several languages
• You actively support our field service
• You are a professional when it comes to product inquiries
• You ensure that all orders received by 16:00 are with the customer the next day

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• High service affinity towards the customer is a must
• Experience with administrative tasks, confident handling of Microsoft Office/ERP
• Eloquent in German, good level orally and in writing in French
• Reliability: You keep your promises.
• Exact, careful working: You value precision and quality of your work.
• Independent working: You are able to complete tasks independently
• Commitment: You bring motivation and enthusiasm to your work.
• Sense of responsibility: You take responsibility for your tasks and decisions.
