Tasks

• Advising clients, planners and the population on planning and building law issues
• Leading and coordinating building permit procedures
• Examination and assessment of building applications
• Drafting building decisions and statements as well as processing objections
• Accompanying construction projects until the building inspection

Profile

• Education or professional experience in the construction, planning or legal field, for example in architecture, construction planning, construction management, construction administration, spatial planning or planning and building law
• Interest in planning and building law
• Enjoyment of contact with clients, planners and the population
• Good written expression and enjoyment in assessing technical and legal issues
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
