Your working environment With around 3'000 students and 800 lecturers from practice, HWZ is the largest university with exclusively part-time degree programs in the field of business in Switzerland. To strengthen our team at HWZ, we are looking for a committed personality as Manager Education & Applied Research 80-100 % Your tasks * Participation in the further development of educational offerings at various levels (Bachelor, Master, continuing education) * Conception and maintenance of teaching and learning formats * Evaluation and quality assurance of existing programs * Collaboration in applied research and development projects including evaluation and preparation of results as well as transfer into teaching * Interface management between academic, administrative and external stakeholders * Support for the ecosystem management in organizational, planning and conceptual tasks Your profile * At least a university degree (BSc) in department-related subject areas with several years of relevant professional experience and the willingness to complete a Master's degree in the future * Strong practical orientation and sound knowledge in the subject areas of Business Informatics, ICT, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Data Science * Proven experience in the development of educational offerings, in curriculum design as well as in the conception and further development of teaching and learning formats * Conceptual and networked thinking as well as the ability to prepare and further develop complex topics in a structured manner * Interest in and understanding of university processes, quality requirements and academic standards * Experience in dealing with scientific methods as well as in the analysis, evaluation and preparation of information and results * Interest in applied research and development as well as in the transfer of findings into teaching * Team orientation and strong service understanding * Confident, open interaction with internal and external stakeholders * Analytical thinking skills, high implementation strength and strong organizational talent * Very good German and English skills What we offer At HWZ, a flexible working environment in the middle of Zurich awaits you.
