• Telephone & written customer support
• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• General administrative and organizational support
• Master data maintenance and ERP/CRM support

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in internal sales administration
• Very good knowledge of the German, French, and English languages, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office package and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and pronounced service orientation
