Project Manager Building Pollutants 60–100 %
Your main activities include:
Systematic survey of pollutants present (asbestos, PCB/CP, PAH, etc.) in industrial, residential and public buildings by means of sampling of the construction materials concerned
Writing of complete expert reports including proposals for remediation measures
Support for the planning and implementation of asbestos removal and building remediation projects
Monitoring the progress of work and documentation of the remediation process
Carrying out measures to certify the success of the remediation work
You possess:
A completed university education in the field of natural sciences, construction or an equivalent training with knowledge in the building or construction sector
Expert FACH
Experience or knowledge in the field of building pollutants
Experience in project management, good persuasive skills and good resistance to stress
A way of working independently but also oriented towards teamwork
An excellent command of German and French (a command of English is an asset)
A good command of MS Office and illustration tools
An open, flexible personality with a good sense of humor
