Job Description ##

• Support and consultation of existing customers in the field of toolmaking and precision engineering
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Technical consultation regarding tools, manufacturing processes, and individual solutions
• Recording of customer requirements and development of suitable solutions together with the internal service
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Market and competitor observation
• Participation in customer events and trade fairs

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker, polymechanic, or comparable technical training
• Experience in toolmaking as well as ideally in technical sales or field service
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Negotiation skills and a confident appearance
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, further language skills an advantage
• Driver's license category B
