Case Manager / Consultant for Vocational Reintegration

Together, we clarify demanding situations, create orientation, and develop sustainable perspectives. To strengthen our experienced, interdisciplinary team at the Zürich location, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Workload: 80-100 % | Work location: Zürich | Working region: Zürich and Aargau

Your tasks

• Holistic case management and individual support of clients throughout the entire process, from assessment to sustainable vocational reintegration
• Development, implementation, and review of individual goal and action plans in close cooperation with the clients
• Coordination and active cooperation with employers, doctors, social insurance providers, authorities, and other involved specialist agencies
• Consulting employers and other clients on questions regarding capacity to work, prevention, reintegration, and sustainable job retention
• Professional documentation of case developments as well as target-group-oriented reporting to clients and payers
• Active participation in the further development of our offers, methods, and internal processes

Your profile

What you bring professionally and personally

• Completed training in the social, psychological, health, or consulting field, for example, Social Work, Psychology, Vocational Counseling, or a comparable qualification
• Further training in Case Management and/or in systemic coaching/occupational mentoring
• Several years of experience in Case Management, consulting, or vocational reintegration
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system, especially IV, daily sickness allowance, and accident insurance
• Very good communication and coordination skills as well as confidence in an interdisciplinary environment
• Structured, independent, and reflective way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• High degree of empathy, resilience, assertiveness, and solution orientation
• Proficient German, good English skills, and willingness to travel within the working region

Additionally, we look forward to:

• Experience in consulting employers as well as in occupational health management or in prevention
• Further language skills and a good network in the working region
• Training as a vocational, study, and career counselor, a comparable qualification, or many years of experience in vocational and career counseling
