The position includes independent payroll processing for around 450 employees as well as the management of social insurances and occupational pension schemes. Your Task ##

• You manage the monthly payroll processes and the social insurance settlements for several companies
• Support and advice regarding occupational pension schemes
• Management of absence management and support with time recording
• Support with monthly and annual closings
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of payroll processes

Your Profile ##

• Successfully completed basic commercial training and completed further training as a Payroll Expert or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the Swiss social insurance and BVG area as well as several years of experience in independent payroll processing are required
• Several years of experience in independent payroll processing is required
• Experience in the area of closings
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of process optimization are required
