Your area of responsibility
In this versatile function, you will advise and support managers in all personnel-related issues and stand by them as a competent sparring partner. You will take over the holistic support of the assigned personnel area and are responsible for the recruitment process, especially for doctors. Furthermore, you ensure the professional implementation of all HR processes as well as labor law requirements, accompany change processes, and actively participate in cross-departmental HR projects. With your experience, you make a significant contribution to the continuous further development of modern HR processes, instruments, and an appreciative corporate culture.
Your personality
You have a higher education in Human Resources Management or in business administration as well as several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function. Ideally, you bring experience in the healthcare sector or in a demanding service environment. You convince through sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, an independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as strong consulting and communication skills. Discretion, empathy, organizational skills, and a confident appearance characterize you as much as your joy in actively helping to shape changes and successfully accompanying different stakeholders.
