To strengthen our teams in Pully and Fribourg, we are looking for a mandate manager with several years of experience within a fiduciary firm, ideally with an expert diploma as well as accreditation with the ASR. You have solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment. In this responsible role, you autonomously manage a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the catering and hotel sectors. You are a trusted partner for your clients and proactively accompany them in their financial, fiscal and organizational challenges. In addition, you perform ordinary and limited audits. Tasks Accounting and advisory mandates You autonomously manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients You are the main interlocutor and proactively advise your clients You supervise and accompany employees (assistant accountants), ensuring the quality of work You guarantee compliance with current standards and optimize accounting processes You supervise payroll management on your files You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company creation, restructuring, succession, etc.) Auditing You perform ordinary and limited audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and the ASR Taxation & VAT You act as a trusted partner in terms of tax advice (optimization, planning) You supervise the preparation of tax returns (PP and PM) as well as the preparation of VAT returns You advise our clients in more complex tax situations Cooperation You collaborate closely with the management as well as with the other sites in French-speaking Switzerland Digitalization & automation You actively participate in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients. You accompany your clients in their digital transition Requirements Training -- Holder of an expert diploma Experience confirmed -- Several years of experience in fiduciary, ideally in an SME environment - or "big 4" profile with a desire to seek a more human environment.
