You will further develop the cooperation, processes, and support together with an experienced team and ensure reliable service delivery with a forward-looking and partnership-based way of working. As Head of Reinsurance Benefits, you will strengthen the Claims business unit in the Life Benefits area at Zurich Schweiz. You will lead the <<Leistungen Rückdeckungen>> team within the Group Life Disability & Reinsurance area and thus make an important contribution to our professional support of foundations and pension funds. Your focus is on technical processing and support in the area of reinsurance. You are responsible for the further development of processes and working methods related to reinsurance, identify challenges early on, and ensure clear responsibilities and customer-oriented service delivery together with your team. In doing so, you promote partnership-based cooperation with management, customers, and develop solutions that are technically sound and effective in everyday life. What awaits you * You lead the <<Leistungen Rückdeckungen>> team and further develop the cooperation, responsibilities, and workflows. * You ensure the professional and reliable support of the company's own foundations and pension funds. * You identify challenges early, manage their processing, and develop pragmatic solutions. * You question existing processes and work structures and implement improvements together with relevant interfaces. * You maintain a trustful cooperation with management, customers, and internal partners. What distinguishes you * Experience in occupational pension schemes and sound understanding of the BVG environment. * Experience in a leadership role or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility. * Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication and relationship skills. * Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and forward-looking way of working. * Very good German skills; knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
