Your Task ##

• 1st and 2nd-level support
• Support of hardware and software
• Administration of the ticketing system
• Setting up workstations
• Creating documentation and instructions

Your Profile ##

• Training as an Informatiker with EFZ
• You have experience in 2nd-level support
• Sound knowledge in the area of hardware and software
• Good comprehension and a high degree of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
