In this exciting role, you will advise interested parties via telephone and digital channels, identify individual customer needs, and offer suitable insurance solutions. In doing so, you will combine modern communication channels with personal and customer-oriented advice.

Your Tasks ###

• Telephone and digital advice for new and existing customers
• Analysis of customer needs and development of suitable insurance solutions
• Creation and presentation of individual offers
• Active sale of insurance and service products
• Support of customers during the entire advisory and sales process
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
• Use of modern digital communication and advisory tools
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaboration in achieving sales and quality goals

Your Profile ###

• Enjoyment of sales as well as telephone and digital customer advice
• Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent, goal-oriented, and motivated way of working
• Very good German skills as well as good French or Italian skills; other languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of modern digital work tools and IT applications
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is an advantage - motivated career changers are also welcome
