What you can accomplish

• You advance innovative ideas and verify, using clear proofs of concept, which potential actually has substance.
• You implement the innovation process, anchor it in daily life, and systematically align it with the company strategy.
• You bring specialized departments and IT closer together, stimulate the desire for novelty, and enable the organization to support innovations.
• From idea to implementation: you prioritize transparently and ensure that customer-oriented projects emerge from the evaluated ideas.
• You detect trends in a highly regulated environment and develop relevant innovation areas from them.

What characterizes you

• Degree in business administration with initial professional experience in innovation or project management
• Practical understanding of innovation and pleasure in implementing new ideas
• Ideally, experience in the insurance or health sector
• Communicative personality with conviction and enthusiasm
• Good understanding of customer needs and ability to orient innovation towards customer utility
