ServiceDesk Technician / Automation Supporter PLC (a)
Your tasks
Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting in exciting automation technology in cooperation with the specialist departments
Analysis and instruction for troubleshooting in German and English
Coordination and escalation to the specialist departments
Applying PLC programs and diagnosing IT/OT networks
Documenting troubleshooting using a ticketing system
Training our worldwide clientele during plant ramp-up
Your profile
Systems Technician HF, Automation Technician EFZ or comparable technical training
Experience in the programming and parameterization of programmable logic controllers S7/TIA Portal of automated systems
High level of personal responsibility to be able to help our customers independently from the remote office.
Good German and English skills, Swiss German desirable
Analytical and proactive in approach
Communicative and team-oriented personality
Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
