Job Description ##

• Development and further development of financial key performance indicators as well as regular management reporting
• Analysis of business, revenue, and cost developments with the derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Support in the financial management of business units, products, and projects
• Performance of profitability and rentability analyses to optimize business results
• Collaboration on forecasts, multi-year planning, and strategic budgeting processes
• Identification of potentials for efficiency increases as well as support for optimization initiatives
• Creation of ad-hoc evaluations for management and other stakeholders
• Ensuring a reliable data base as well as maintenance of relevant finance and reporting structures
• Close cooperation with the sales, operations, and management departments
• Support in cross-departmental projects and special tasks in the finance environment

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial basic training or business administration studies with further training in the finance or controlling field
• Several years of professional experience in an analytically oriented position within an industrial or production-related environment
• Strong understanding of business relationships and performance drivers
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems as well as advanced Excel skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High affinity for numbers combined with a strong-communicating personality
• Business-fluent German skills as well as good English skills; other languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
