For the Basel branch, we are looking for a motivated person as a junior team leader in customer advisory at the advisory center, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your mission ##

• Management tasks: You lead a team of approximately 5 people professionally and personally according to the common understanding of leadership. You identify and anticipate changes within the team and thus ensure the necessary human resources.
• Operational excellence: You are co-responsible for guaranteeing a high standard of service and a smooth flow of operations. This also includes participation in daily activities.
• Complaint management: You act as an escalation point for difficult or complex customer situations.
• Sales management: You monitor and encourage sales activities and support the achievement of objectives through appropriate measures.
• Professional expertise: You support and coach our employees with your expertise and are available for questions to ensure the best possible care for our customers.
• Market development: You proactively implement sales and market development measures. In addition, you assume representative tasks to strengthen our bank's image and promote our success.

What you bring ##

• Completed training in the banking field
• Several years of professional experience in customer advisory in the banking sector
• Continuing education in the banking and financial field is an asset
• Ideally, you master a second national language orally and in writing
• You enjoy contact with people, are skilled in rhetoric and act responsibly
