Your task ##

• Planning and controlling international exports via air, sea and road transport
• Creation and verification of relevant export documents, including certificates of origin, export certificates, invoices, delivery notes and letter of credit documents
• Increasing efficiency of transport processes through close coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Management and updating of customer and customs master data in SAP R3
• Close exchange with the sales, logistics and production departments to ensure smooth processes

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience in order management Import/Export
• Further training as an export specialist, foreign trade clerk or comparable
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Other languages an advantage
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office; SAP R3 skills are a plus
• High initiative, reliability, resilience and assertiveness
