It prepares and makes administrative decisions relating to the application of criminal sanctions pronounced against adults. It ensures the monitoring and control of the application of decisions from a perspective of risk and resource management, prevention of the commission of new offenses, and support for social (re)integration. Your missions You contribute to the overall management of the office by assuming the coordination of criminal assessment activities. In this capacity, you carry out and coordinate the assignment of criminological assessments of persons executing a criminal sanction, following the commission of serious offenses, particularly violence. The performance of this mission involves conducting interviews with the persons concerned. In this framework, you write analytical reports aimed at pronouncing on the risk of recidivism, highlighting risk and protection factors, and proposing recommendations for individualized care. You also lead intervision sessions oriented towards criminological analysis and the management of the follow-up of persons concerned by the assessment process. Furthermore, you work in a network with internal and external partners.Finally, you guide and support the team on a daily basis, guaranteeing a clear organization of work as well as appropriate access to continuing education. Your profile Holder of a master's degree in criminology or psychology, or a title deemed equivalent, you have several years of experience in a penal, socio-educational field or related to the management of complex situations (difficult personalities, psychiatric disorders, addictions, etc.) allowing you to evolve in an exposed environment. You have useful experience in conducting and supervising criminological assessments using risk assessment instruments according to PLESORR standards. Benefiting from skills in leadership and team management, you demonstrate active listening. Your writing skills are recognized, as well as your faculties of analysis, synthesis, and mediation. You are motivated to work in an interdisciplinary context, benefit from good interpersonal skills and a capacity to represent the authority in diverse contexts. Prerequisites: * residence in Switzerland; * category B driving license; * clean criminal record and extract from the debt collection register. You will be sworn in.
