What you move * Lead a practice in a tandem and take on professional, economic, and personnel responsibility. * Shape the psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure high treatment quality. * Support psychotherapists in further training on their path and promote their development. * Accompany your patients in outpatient psychotherapy - flexible in terms of time and location. * Decide for yourself whom you work with. We help you build up a patient base that fits your specialization. * Bring your ideas into a growing company and contribute to its development.
