Department Head Finance, HR & Services

For our client, a manufacturing SME, we are looking for a Department Head Finance, HR & Services with a workload of 80-100% by arrangement. You are responsible for finance, HR and services, lead three employees and actively help shape systems, processes and reporting. You can expect a structured handover, flexible working hours and home office possibility.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Responsibility for the financial statements according to OR, liquidity planning, controlling, calculation and reporting
• Leading the Finance, HR and Services department with three employees as well as ensuring a proper organization
• Steering the implemented finance, HR and administration systems as well as driving digitalization and process optimizations
• Ensuring contract and insurance management, the internal control system as well as timely reporting to the GL and VR

You offer your new employer:

• Higher education or further training in finance and accounting, controlling or in business administration, for example Federal Diploma of Higher Education, federal diploma, HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as ideally specialist and leadership experience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, experience with IN:ERP and InFinanz/Diamant an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high commitment, sound judgment as well as clear and transparent communication
