Your task ##

• Monitoring and maintenance of customer-specific IT infrastructures on site
• Setup and administration of cloud-based services including Microsoft 365
• Implementation of first and second-level support via remote access
• Responsible for the construction of secure WLAN environments
• Collaboration on IT projects including installation of servers

Your profile ##

• Experience in support up to 3rd level
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions is required
• Strong communication skills in German and good English necessary
• Independent, reliable, and eager-to-learn way of working is expected
• Completed training in computer science with a focus on system engineering desired
