Do you like driving projects forward, tackling complex challenges, and transforming ideas into concrete results?
As a Project Manager, you act as a facilitator and an accelerator of transformation. You simplify interactions between the Business Relationship Managers (BRM), the Business Analysts (BA), the business teams, and IT, by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency. Your action allows stakeholders to focus on value creation while ensuring smooth project execution.
Your challenges
Drive complex transformation projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within deadlines, budgets, and priorities
Unite business teams, IT, external partners, and decision-makers around a common vision, by facilitating collaboration and ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels
Anticipate risks, identify dependencies, remove obstacles, and challenge various stakeholders in order to secure project delivery and accelerate decision-making
Ensure pragmatic and value-creating governance, oriented towards results and execution
Actively contribute to the company's transformation through the evolution of processes and strategic solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, SharePoint or other digital platforms
Move with ease from a strategic vision to operational support in order to support teams and guarantee the progress of initiatives
Support, where necessary, projects for the rationalization, modernization, or decommissioning of applications and infrastructures
Transform ideas into concrete results thanks to your leadership, your analytical spirit, and your ability to mobilize stakeholders around common objectives
What you bring
Higher education in IT, engineering, project management, or equivalent
Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects at the interface between business and IT
Achievements in delivering high-impact strategic projects, with measurable results and tangible value creation
Strong skills in governance, planning, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management
Ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and internal clients
Fine understanding of business processes and digital environments such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 or equivalent solutions
Experience in rationalization, modernization, or decommissioning projects of applications and infrastructures is an asset
Excellent communication, negotiation, influence, and change management skills
Ability to constructively challenge teams, partners, and decision-makers
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (min. level C2)
