Arca-Personal AG specializes in the placement and rental of qualified professionals in Switzerland. For our client, we are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager. In this role, you are responsible for the development of a comprehensive service and customer management. You should have extensive knowledge in the area of IT Service Management and be able to implement complex projects.

Your tasks

• Development of a comprehensive service portfolio and definition of responsibilities.
• Definition and implementation of service processes such as Incident Management and Change Enablement.
• Development of a role model including the responsibilities for various positions.
• Establishment of an effective operative governance with guidelines and escalation paths.
• Measurability of service quality through KPIs and setting up reporting structures.
• Organization and establishment of a Service Desk with ticket management and a knowledge base.
• Implementation of technical foundations including a service management tool.
• Promotion of continuous improvement through customer feedback and evaluation of KPIs.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in the establishment or further development of service and customer organizations (ServiceNow).
• Knowledge in organizational and process development as well as customer-oriented end-to-end processes.
• Successes in the transformation and implementation of concepts in organizations and processes.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and other systems such as CRM.
• Experience in dealing with various stakeholders and interfaces.
• Skills in conflict resolution and dealing with changes.
• Willingness to undergo a security check and comply with confidentiality obligations.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
