People Partner 80-100%

in Mägenwil (AG) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Commitment is required - your tasks

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the support of the administrative part of the Employee Lifecycle (on- to offboarding). If it fits and you already bring experience, additional tasks from the areas of payroll, sickness and accident, recruitment and consulting can be added.
• Your tasks include, among others, the control of work and residence permits, the recording of upcoming retirements and service anniversaries, as well as the initial entry of employees into our IT system Abacus.
• You are regularly in written and telephone contact with managers and employees and advise them on operational processes.
• We want to develop further - contribute your know-how and your experiences and actively support us in the change process!

• Ideally, you complement your commercial training with further training at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level or through corresponding practical experience in the field of Human Resources or social insurance.
• You are persistent, flexible and do not let yourself be easily unsettled - our working environment is very dynamic.
• An open, empathic and solution-oriented basic attitude is a matter of course for you.
• Our employees are distributed throughout Switzerland. If you already bring French language skills - this would be perfect! If not, we are happy to support you in refreshing the language.
