Quality Manager / Auditor (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

Your tasks:
Conducting internal audits at customers from the food and feed industry
Creation of detailed audit reports and documentation of the results
Analysis and evaluation of production processes with regard to quality and safety risks
Development of suitable measures to reduce identified risks
Advising customers in all areas of quality assurance
Support in topics such as hazard analyses, hygiene requirements as well as food and feed safety
Creation, implementation and updating of quality management manuals
Support of existing as well as new customers in quality and audit matters
Presentation and discussion of audit results and suggestions for improvement with the customers
Support in the continuous optimization of quality management systems and operational processes

Your profile:
Completed training as Müller/in EFZ in the field of milling and feed industry or comparable training
Training as Lebensmitteltechnologe/-technologin or a similar professional qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in quality management or in quality assurance
Ideally experience in the food or feed industry
Further training as Auditor/in or in quality management is an advantage; can possibly still be completed
Basic knowledge of the relevant food and feed safety standards
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good MS-Office skills
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Confident and professional appearance in direct customer contact
High willingness to travel of approximately 70–80%
