Your task ##

• Recording, checking, and posting accounts payable invoices in the incoming invoice process
• Processing accounts payable correspondence and regular checking of open item lists
• Carrying out intercompany reconciliations and participating in monthly closings
• Support in the preparation of the annual financial statements and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Taking over accounts receivable management as a deputy

Your profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial basic training with subject-specific further training in accounting
• Three to five years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Practical experience in monthly closings and intercompany processes desirable
• Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of English
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, SAP FI/CO an advantage
